FRAN CON

Since 2021, Jane has proudly produced FranCon, a celebration of iconic New Yorker Fran Lebowitz. Think SantaCon, but everyone dresses like Fran. Now going into its fourth year, FranCon has drawn New Yorkers from all boroughs to put on their best blazer, grab their favorite book, and participate in a party like no other.

In addition to dressing up, the event has featured themed cocktails, a “take one, leave one” book exchange, intellectually stimulating conversation, candy cigarettes, and even dancing!

The event has been featured in The New York Times, Gothamist, Out Traveler, and The Village Sun.
